    Samui Arrival

    Arrive Samui by flight

    After clearing all formalities, meet and greet by our guide and transfer by private van to hotel.

    Full day Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan by speed boat with lunch

    Breakfast：Hotel    Lunch：Local restaurant
    Activity：

    This tour includes the transfer from your hotel to the pier where you travel by shared speed boat to Koh Tao and Nang Yuan, the beautiful neighbor islands of Samui. Our first stop is at Muang Bay on Koh Tao, a shallow dive site with lots of colorful fish where you can enjoy some snorkeling. We then stop for lunch at a restaurant on another Koh Tao beach. After lunch the speedboat takes you to the picture postcard island of Koh Nang Yuan. Here you can relax on the white sand of the three-pronged beach or snorkel in the clear waters before speeding back to Samui.

    Tour Includes: Round-trip transfer/ English speaking guide/ Speed boat/ Lunch /Soft drinks/ Insurance/ Snorkeling equipment (Mask, snorkel & Life jacket)

    The monsoon season in Koh Samui is roughly October – December every year. Most boat operators do not run trip during this period.

     

    Remark: Minimum 15 pax required for operation. In case there is number of pax less than “minimum require of pax” on the tour date, a day before the tour date, the representative will inform client and require cancelling the booking without charge or change to alternative date.

    Booking / Cancellation Policy

    PAYMENT TERMS

    A deposit of C$500 per person is required within 3days after booking confirmation.

    Balance Payment due on 45days prior to departure.


    CANCELLATION


    If customer wishes to cancel booked and confirmed services, it must be in writing to One Dream Travel, other than the exceptions set out below, cancellation fees will apply as follows:


    * 45 days or more prior to scheduled departure – $500.00 (Deposit)

    * 44 – 31 days prior to scheduled departure – 50% of total tour cost

    * 30 – 0 days prior to scheduled departure – 100% of total tour cost

     

    Unused portions of any tour, including hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours, extra hotel nights, airfare or other items included in the tour are fully NON-REFUNDABLE after your departure whatever the reason is that you cannot continue with your

    tour. All refunds are subject to the consent of the service provider.

    No shows without prior cancellation, will not be entitled to any refund (except force majeure cases, which will be examined on a case-by-case basis).

     

    General deposit and cancellation policy listed above are based on land inclusive packages described on the website. In the case of changes as imposed by the service provider, a different deposit requirement and/ or cancellation policy might apply based on each individual booking. We will advise you accordingly at the time of booking confirmation.
